And wow… nearly fully booked. I’m honestly so grateful for every single person who showed up, gave it their all, and helped create such an incredible atmosphere.

The hard work, dedication, support, and motivation is inspiring. Seeing people push themselves, encourage each other, and have a laugh at the same time as putting their fitness first.

I wanted to do this completely honest post today…

Before our wedding, I didn’t train half as much as I normally do. And as someone whose whole job is fitness, I carried a lot of guilt around that.
I think there’s this expectation that brides are supposed to go into “wedding shred mode” — training constantly, dieting hard, trying to become the smallest version of themselves before the big day. But, with all the stress leading up to the wedding, I just didn’t have the motivation for it. 🤷‍♀️

So I wasn’t the smallest I’ve ever been for the wedding or for the honeymoon. And here’s a picture exposing myself whilst on honeymoon because I still see a lot wrong with it. But on my wedding day, I felt the best I’ve ever felt about myself - just shows you how every day is different. Why the f**k do brides do it, or actually, why do we all strive for perfection, when literally nobody is perfect? 😂

So I guess I’m trying to say fitness isn’t about obsessing over your body 24/7.
It’s not about always being motivated.
It’s not about earning your worth through workouts.
And it’s definitely not about shrinking yourself for one day, one holiday or anything like that. Fitness IS about feeling healthy, feeling strong, feeling capable and supporting yourself mentally and physically - one way or another. 💪🏼

And this week, teaching my class again for the first time in 3 months and watching my clients absolutely smash it has reminded me how much I genuinely love movement, coaching and feeling strong.🤍

And honestly… I can’t wait to throw myself back into training now 🔥

Back to work tomorrow after the best couple weeks celebrating our incredible wedding and honeymoon 🤍

Just wanted to say a genuine thank you to everyone for your patience, support, and kind messages while I’ve been away — it means a lot.
