Shout out to my lovely client Ann who has lost a whopping 38cm on a 6 week block with me at Hucknall Leisure Centre.

Ann came to me wanting to change up her routine but she was unsure how to use any gym equipment.

Over the last 6 weeks we have structured her a plan to safely and effectively use a variety of equipment suitable to her!!

She is now walking much faster and moving quicker, has more energy, not getting out of breath as much and overall is feeling much more fitter all round 💪🏼

Well done Ann… I am truly so proud of you 🥰
Keep smashing it and those results will keep coming 💪🏼

This decision was not an easy one to make as I love my Wednesday Warriors 😞

But thank you all so so much for my gifts, hugs and loves tonight 🥹
And a BIGGER THANK YOU for the continued support and enjoyment of my crazy classes all these years. 🤪

Thursday mornings won’t feel like Thursday mornings anymore without crawling out of bed from LBT doms lol 😂 🙈 🍑

This is not a complete goodbye as I’ll still be around the centre 🥰

This was an extremely difficult decision for me to make but I’m very sorry to announce that Wednesday 7th May will be my last Wednesday warriors LBT and Cycle classes at Hucknall Leisure Centre.

Don’t panic as You have a new fabulous instructor taking over. 🥰

Thank you for all your continued support and enjoyment of my crazy hump day classes these last 3 years. I appreciate it very much…
