Conference 2026 was a success.
Surrounded by incredible people who share the same love and passion for fitness and progress.
Added sprinkle of my near death experience at the Everlast Games and of course a little verbal abuse from yours truly and the best FDM 💀

Parents don’t realise this, but when you say “I can’t train or eat well because of the kids,” your child doesn’t hear “Mum’s busy.”
They hear: “I’m the reason she can’t look after herself.”
And kids internalise that.
Because children think in egocentric terms - they assume everything is their fault.
That’s how core beliefs form.
But here’s the truth:
Your kids aren’t in charge of what you cook.
They’re not in charge of what you put in your mouth.
And they’re definitely not the reason you haven’t trained this week.
Your habits are.
Your planning is.
Your boundaries are.
And the beautiful part?
Kids learn through modelling.
When they see you train, eat well, and take care of yourself - they copy it.
They don’t need a perfect mum.
They need a mum who leads by example.
Show them what self-respect looks like.
Show them what consistency looks like.
Show them that being busy doesn’t mean abandoning your health.
Because the version of you that invests in herself?
A healthier you = a longer life with them.
That’s the one they’ll grow up remembering.

OFF SEASON PROGRESS by me, myself and I
This phase is where most people fall off.
No stage soon. No deadline. No pressure.
Just you, the plan, and your ability to repeat the same things daily.
That’s why your why matters even more in the off-season.
When the stage is far away, the only thing that keeps you consistent is the reason you’re doing this in the first place.
Bodybuilding is mundane. It’s repetitive. It’s not exciting 90% of the time — and that’s exactly why it works.
You grow by showing up on the days that feel “nothing special,” eating the meals that feel boring, training with intent even when no one’s watching, and detaching from the scale because it tells you nothing about the quality of your effort.
More food. More patience. More consistency.
Same standards.
Find the love in the routine.
That’s where progress actually happens.

My power puff .purveur.fitness 💙
First time stepping on stage, a long dream now a reality. Holly I am honoured you entrusted me to take you to the stage and also becoming my first ever Bikini client.
Over the past few months I’ve watched you relentlessly go after it, day in and out no matter the circumstances. Truly proud of you and how you have handled your first ever prep. From a girl living on chocolate and sweets, the odd meal here and there to consistently sticking to your nutrition both in the improvement and prep. As always great production by
Sometimes we have all the capabilities but just need the tools, and Holly is the perfect example!
Only the beginning…
A big thank you to and for being there supporting both me and Holly (and my people in the background for your never ending belief, support and love).
A dream made a reality for us both. Grateful. 🫶🏽
