FINALLY WE’RE BACK 🙌🏼 Thank you to all my clients who have been super patient with me while I’ve had a break, but I’m pleased to announce that ……. 4 Weeks of Bootcamp Starts Wed 4th Sept 7-8pm at Lenton Abbey Park. A great chance to get those good habits back in place before the summers over 😅. £20 for the 4 week block booking, or £6 a class PAYG. Cant wait to see you all again 💪

A big thank you to everyone who came and who donated money for Mollys Bootcamp. All the money raised will go to -Mays World. We will announce the final amount once we’ve collected all the money in - but safe to say Molly did a great job at running Bootcamp and raising money for this little girl 💖. Pretty sure Molly enjoyed shouting at me for a change! I definitely enjoyed joining in ⭐️

Not feeling confident enough to join a class? Or perhaps there’s no classes at a time to suit you! Why not get a couple of friends together for ‘Small Group Personal Training’ at a time & place to suit you. Prices can work out the same as coming to a class. DM for prices and availability 😉
