🚨 Ice Wolves Bite Back 🚨

Bradford Ice Wolves 10 – 3 Nottingham Knights IHC

After taking a heavy defeat to the Narwhals last time out, the Ice Wolves responded in exactly the right way.

Ten goals. Two points. Message sent.

Bradford came out determined to remind everyone that they're still very much a threat in Group A, and the Knights found themselves chasing the game for much of the night.

For Nottingham, it's another tough result in what is becoming a frustrating stretch, but they'll know there are still plenty of points left to fight for.

As for the Ice Wolves? They bounced back in style and keep themselves firmly in the hunt near the top of the table.

Group A is not slowing down anytime soon πŸ‘€

🚨 Home Sweet Home for the Cobras 🚨

Final score in Group B:

Coventry Cobras 7 – 0 Solihull Storm

After waiting until Game 5 for their first home fixture of the season, the Cobras wasted absolutely no time making themselves comfortable.

A dominant performance from Coventry saw them shut out the Storm and put seven goals on the board in front of their own fans.

Maybe there was something to that strategy after all... get all the away trips out of the way, then enjoy life on home ice πŸ‘€

For Solihull, it's a tough result after picking up their first win last time out, but they'll be looking to bounce back quickly.

As for the Cobras, that's a statement home debut and an important two points in the Group B race.

🚨 What On Earth Happened in Blackburn?! 🚨

Final score in Group C:

Blackburn Renegades IHC 26 – 1 Beighton Bombers IHC

A few weeks ago these two met in Sheffield and served up a competitive 7-5 battle.

This time?

Well... let's just say the script was a little different.

There must be something in the water up in Blackburn because the Renegades absolutely exploded offensively, putting up a staggering 26 goals and turning a battle for 2nd place into one of the biggest scorelines we've seen this season.

For the Bombers, it's one they'll want to forget quickly.

For Blackburn, it's a statement win that sends a very clear message to the rest of Group C.

From a close 7-5 game in Sheffield to a 26-1 result in Blackburn.

Nobody saw that coming πŸ‘€

🚨 Group A Closes Out the Day 🚨

Our final game of the day sees the Bradford Ice Wolves take on the Nottingham Knights.

Both teams are looking for a response after difficult outings last time around, and both know that points are becoming more valuable with every game played.

The Ice Wolves will be hoping to rediscover the form that earned them an opening-day victory, while the Knights are looking to get themselves back into the race near the top of Group A.

Sometimes the best games are the ones where both teams have something to prove.

🚨 Game Day in Group B 🚨

The Coventry Cobras finally get to play in front of their home crowd as they host the Solihull Storm.

Five games into the season and this is Coventry's first home fixture. Was getting all those away games out of the way early a masterstroke... or will the pressure of finally being at home prove a challenge?

The Storm arrive with confidence after securing their first win of the season and will be looking to prove it wasn't a one-off.

Home ice at last versus newfound momentum.

🚨 Game Day in Group C 🚨

The day gets underway with a huge battle in Group C as the Blackburn Renegades host the Beighton Bombers.

The stakes couldn't be much higher.

A win for Blackburn would see them jump into 2nd place, while the Bombers know a victory would create some valuable breathing room between themselves and the chasing pack.

The Renegades have been building momentum, while the Bombers will be looking to remind everyone why they've spent so much of the season near the top of the standings.

Second place is on the line.

🚨 Saturday's Main Event in Group A 🚨

Last but certainly not least, our final game of the day takes us to Group A as the Bradford Ice Wolves host the Nottingham Knights IHC

Both teams will be looking to bounce back after tough defeats last time out, which makes this one even more intriguing.

The Ice Wolves will be eager to put that heavy loss to the Narwhals behind them and remind everyone of the attacking hockey that saw them win their opening game.

Meanwhile, the Knights know they need a response after running into the champions, and they'll be desperate to get themselves back into the Group A conversation.

With both teams looking to make a statement, expect this one to be hard-fought from the opening puck drop.

A chance to bounce back.
A chance to climb the table.

What a way to finish a busy Saturday πŸ‘€

🚨 Home at Last for the Cobras 🚨

Game 2 of our busy Saturday takes us to Group B as the Coventry Cobras host the Solihull Storm.

It may be Game 5 for the Cobras, but remarkably this is their first home game of the season.

Most teams like to settle in with a few home fixtures early on... Coventry have done the exact opposite.

So was it a risky strategy... or a smart one?

After getting all those away trips out of the way, the Cobras now have the chance to focus on home ice and make it count in the second half of their season.

Standing in their way are the Storm, who finally broke through for their first win last time out and will be full of confidence after getting that monkey off their back.

Fresh confidence vs fresh home ice.

This one could be a very interesting battle πŸ‘€

🚨 Saturday Starts with a Group C Showdown 🚨

We’ve got a busy Saturday ahead in the LLIHC, and first up is a huge game in Group C as the Blackburn Renegades IHC host the Beighton Bombers IHC.

These two met last time out with the Renegades coming away with a big road win, and now they have the chance to follow it up on home ice.

The stakes couldn't be much bigger.

A win for Blackburn would see them leapfrog the Bombers into 2nd place, sending Beighton down to 3rd and completely reshaping the race behind the leaders.

The Bombers, meanwhile, will be looking for a response after that defeat and will be determined to hold onto their spot in the standings.

Second place is on the line.

What a way to start the weekend πŸ‘€
