The workouts will have 2 highly qualified personal trainers delivering every session to ensure you get the amazing atmosphere of a group workout but the attention to detail of a personal training session, F45 takes the best elements of group and one to one training merging them together giving you one epic experience.

The workouts inside of the store will be body weight targeting all areas of the body to give you a well-rounded complete workout. All F45 Training Nottingham Waterside workouts are for all abilities and ages so it really does not matter if you are super fit or if this is your first workout experience, everyone will feel right at home and will feel amazing throughout and especially after.
