Hello TUF World π
I have been quiet on here for a long time...its been a rough few months π
But I am attempting a come back!
Shout out to one of my very good friends Ben Goulding who has been making me work! (I am in sweet DOMS pain today π₯°)
I started the day with a 2.93 mile walk at 6am.
π₯ 1 handed suitcase deadlift (14kg kettlebell)
π₯ Inverted bodyweight rows
π₯ Weighted squats
Then TaeKwon-Do with my Synergy-Sisters & a sneaky cake!

Just spent the last hour planning my week...
..hour by hour...π
I have an A4 physical diary, 3 digital calendars, 3 phones and a LOT of stuff to get done this week.
As always.
I think I'll be able to sleep by about Thursday π±

"Sh*tty Little Thoughts"
We all have them, myself included.
And they really have power don't they?
So I've been taught something in another field but have been applying it to the rubbish thoughts in my head.
Agree.
Appease.
Accelerate.
"God Christine, you're letting yourself go"
1. Agree. "Yes I have. Life is tough at the moment and things have begun to slide".
2. Appease. "Your tough time is valid and you don't need to punish yourself for it. Allow yourself to feel rubbish right now".
3. Accelerate. "But let's make a small change towards getting back on track shall we? Drink more water. Have a glass now and another before bed. Tomorrow start with a glass first thing and in between every mug of caffeine down another glass".
I'm not punishing myself.
I'm registering how I feel.
But I'm making a SMALL change towards feeling better.
And it takes their power away.
It's still a work in progress...but aren't we all??
