The numbers on the scale literally do not matter! It’s all about that body recomposition. Fat mass turning into muscle mass is more important than the weight!

I tell alot of my clients to take progress photos and they always seem a bit apprehensive to it (I completely get it) but it is one of the BEST ways to track your progress 👌🏼

A moment for a PB since my back injury I’ve had a twisted pelvis due to poor form previously and with a lot of patience and conditioning work we finally got there PLEASE take this from me - lifting heavy isn’t always a good thing, your body and health comes first - always ensure your form is okay before attempting a big lift . My client Chanel suffers with lower back issues so of course we don’t avoid we adapt and help make our lower back stronger. ❤️💪🏼Incline Mountain climbers (go at own pace, fast or slow knees high into chest main aim!)Glute bridge chest fly (working lower back with glute bridge, core engaged more with step, chest fly to add intensity) Renegade rows (amazing for all over , especially lower back.
