What a first day that was! 5 Gold, 3 Silvers, top technical points for our younger lifters and a very close British record attempt to boot!
A big well done and thank you to Nige and all the coaches at Atlas , great job everyone. Thank you parents for all your time and support...And keep up the good work young people!

Cracking night last night with the wrestling team. Great to have and the boys over giving tips and sharing expertise.

Thanks to support from the Sport England Jubilee Fund I have had a great time meeting and coaching folk who I would never had chance to. This Weightlifting game is a real Trip!
