No classes this week - combination of half term and a late hospital outpatient appointment on Wednesday for the boy which would have left me rushing anyway. Hope you have a lovely week, enjoy the sunshine, drink plenty of (non alcoholic) fluids and wear sunscreen!

5 years ago today I launched my first class in the community (I had taught online during the pandemic) to a fully booked class with a waiting list! I’m so grateful to now be teaching Glow Beatz to staff and students at NUH twice weekly 🫶

Apologies for the late post but I have been eating cake with my son who is 15 today! Thanks for a great Glow Beatz class and see you next week, if I can ever move again!

Thank you for helping me to celebrate our one year anniversary of teaching Beatz Fitness to staff at the City site of NUH. Working for a large trust I wanted to share my classes with as many people as possible so it was important to be on both of the main sites (Ropewalk and community based staff I haven’t forgotten you!)
