Glow Beatz is back at City tonight! Come join us at 5:15 pm for a fun easy to follow dance fitness class exclusively for staff and students of NUH. Classes are £4 per class and pre booking is preferred using the link in bio.
There’s still time to join us! We’re back for 4 weeks for a trial period to see if we can get the numbers to continue so I hope to see you there soon 🫶

Autumn update! 🍂
QMC classes - Wednesdays 5:15 pm, wellbeing room, D floor, East Block - near the library and anticoagulant clinic
City classes - returning for a 4 week trial period, Mondays 5:15pm, Sherwood Hall. Sept 21, 28, Oct 5, 12 (further classes depend on numbers in the trial period)

Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, fun, easy to follow and take place in a darkened room with disco lights and a varied playlist.

£4 per class. Please pre-book so I know numbers.

Thanks QMC team for joining me tonight for a dance! Despite my usual disorganised brain and a couple of tricky pieces of footwork I absolutely loved that and I hope you did too.

QMC class is on this Wednesday 19th and onwards
City classes to be confirmed
