This is done in the Southpaw stance
Recording yourself is a fantastic way to look at your technique from a different perspective.
In this video I'm very tense in the back and shoulders need to relax.
Also my lead hand drops too early in winding up for the hook.
There's always ways for you to improve sometimes you just need a different perspective to see that. Try recording yourself to what you can work on

DIP TIPS
Keep those shoulders pinned back.
Take your shoulders out of the movement. Let your chest and triceps do the work
There are 2 ways you can do dips correctly. Chest dips as shown in the video or tricep dips which is a slight variation of the movement.

PULL UP TIP
Keep those legs forward take the swing out of the exercise. Stabilising the swing is wasted energy that you could of used getting that extra rep

FITNESS CHALLENGE
The impossible bench press

You must have only 1 upper arm in contact with a bench.
You must have the opposite foot on the floor.
These are the only bodyparts allowed to be in contact with the floor or bench.
Keeping your body in the top bridge position press a kettlebell upside down with the other arm
In this video I'm using a 10kg KB and completed 6 reps. Can you beat me?

BACK EXTENSION
This exercise can be adjusted slightly to focus your lower back or Hamstring and glutes. In both variations all muscles will be worked just shift the focus of the movement to certain muscles.
By keeping your back straight throughout you focus your hamstrings and glutes.
By allowing a slight bend of your lower back at the bottom you focus your lower back.
