Dance Floor Fusion

Brilliant class last night everyone
We definitely sweated and sparkled ✨️

And With all our dance routines plus our toning and stretching exercises at the end we burnt definitely loads of calories
Even though it was a warm one it didnt stop us from having our fun Friday workout

Great job ladies 👏👍🏻

Dance Floor Fusion is back on as normal tonight at 7pm

The weather is a bit cooler today and also in the studio we have 3 industrial fans to help us keep cool

we use modern classical/contemporary music making it more fun
