Another Thursday and our run club was back at it in the lovely sunshine! 💪🏼 Big thanks as always to Abby for leading the pack. We go again next week!

As usual, No pressure is placed on anyone at all and everyone involved enjoyed a run/walk around.

Our twice weekly runs are open to:
✅ E&K players wanting to stay fit over Summer
✅ Complete beginners
✅ Anyone wanting to get into running
✅ All abilities and fitness levels

📍 Our sessions take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays at West Park, Long Eaton, 6pm - 7pm — chosen for its nice flat route, making it perfect for all abilities!
The location and day (Once pre season starts) will change from time to time throughout the Summer to keep things fresh and fun, so keep an eye on our socials for weekly updates!

READY TO GO AGAIN - SEASON 26/27 💛🖤

The next player to commit to E&K Ladies for the season ahead is Jess Humphreys.

There is plenty to look forward to here at E&K and we are delighted that Jess has committed herself to our cause, showing fantastic loyalty as we prepare for another year of footballing action!

🙌🏼 Interest in joining us for Pre Season has increased in recent weeks and we urge anyone contemplating joining us, to get in touch asap.

Our group returns to pre season on July 2nd but if you want a head start - get involved in our weekly run club!

We still intend on growing a development side throughout this upcoming season by following the same successful methods we used to grow the Mens First team and this very Ladies team.

E&K IN THE WILD 🥾⛰️🍃

In part Two of ‘E&K in the wild’ some of our explorative members walked 8 miles around Lathkill Dale and Bradford Dale, near Bakewell in the Peaks.

As always, a big thank you to club welfare officer Rachel for leading and planning the casual stroll.

This activity is open to all E&K Ladies players and doggos so if you’re wanting a relaxing venture, get involved!

Despite the rain, the run club does not stop! A smaller group than what we have been accustomed to but effort levels were 100% nonetheless! 💪🏼

We welcomed another newbie on Thursday in the form of Lydia 🙌🏼
