Little post to show my own current transformation now iv turned 40.
My aim this year is a 40th year photo shoot to be in the best shape I can.
Started working with for 12 weeks for the current pics.
Now 12 week bulk see where we can get to with that and the the real dieting starts for photo shoot prep.

Thankyou to all you lovely lot that made my 40th great from the food and drinks on Saturday to all the thoughtful things and amazing generosity from the Sclptr Gym fam.
