🌳 Why do a fitness class outdoors,
🤷♀️ When you can go to a gym?
I'm not gonna lie, we don't always get it right
The weather doesn't always play nice 🌧❄️🌩
But I'd say, 98% of the time, it's never as bad as you expect
We love the challenge
The natural environment
Getting fresh air in our lungs
Sunshine and rain on our skin
Using the city's outdoor spaces,
while other people stay indoors
The real beauty is in nature.
It heals
It helps
It holds us together
That's why.
