I wanna talk about the impact that stress, disconnection & quite honestly… self-neglect can have on you physically and mentally.

The top picture was from this time last year.
I was so disconnected from myself.

I was running myself into the ground trying to make everything work.
Work, business, life… constantly pouring into everything except me.

My habits started to slip.
One skipped workout turned into plenty more.
My routine disappeared.
My energy dropped.
And before I knew it, I just didn’t feel like me anymore.

Recently, I found myself entering a very similar season again… but this time, I caught it before it spiralled.

And after just a few weeks of actually focusing on myself again, I genuinely feel SO much better.

So this is your reminder, if you’re feeling like that right now:

Things can shift.
You can feel different again.
But all change starts with a choice.

A choice to move differently.

Because most people keep waiting for the “perfect time.”

“I’ll start when life feels less stressful.”
(I literally tried telling myself this a few weeks ago.)

“I’ll start when I’m less busy.”
“I’ll start next month.”

But that’s where most people stay stuck.

The truth is — life will always be lifing.
We’re all busy.
Your circumstances will almost never feel perfect.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t start taking small steps that completely change how you feel.

It took me less than 4 weeks for:

* my clothes to start fitting better again
* my strength to bounce back
* my energy to increase
* my confidence to skyrocket again
* my motivation & consistency to return

And none of that would’ve happened if I kept waiting.

I’ve worn shorts all weekend!!
As a trouser girl… unheard of 🤣🌞

But honestly, it reminded me how important it is to start challenging your confidence instead of waiting for it to magically appear.

We’ve had a real taste of summer this weekend and life is far too short to spend another one hiding yourself ✨

To sit out of photos.
To overthink every outfit.
To cover up.
To wait until you feel “good enough” to fully enjoy your life.

Confidence isn’t about having the perfect body.

It’s about feeling comfortable being YOU 🤍

Laughing freely.
Showing up fully.
Making memories.
Feeling present instead of self-conscious.

So wear the shorts.
Go to the plans.
Take the photo.
Enjoy your life 🫶🏼

First of all, sending you allll the love 🤍

There is nothing worse than feeling flat. Like your light has gone out. Like you just can’t pick yourself up.

There is nothing worse than not feeling like yourself.

So if you’re there right now, I promise, it will pass.
For weeks, I just couldn’t “get myself together.”

Showing up to the gym (something I usually love) felt hard.
Skipping meals or mindlessly snacking felt easier than actually nourishing myself.
Not making an effort with myself became the norm.
Avoiding the hard things felt easier than sitting in the discomfort of pushing myself again.

None of those things were me.

I’m someone who loves to train hard, fuel my body, put myself out there, and take care of myself.

But for a little while… I didn’t.

And I’ve been here before.
It’s a normal part of life to go through these seasons.

But when you’re in the thick of it, my gosh… it really feels like it won’t get any better.

But it does.
When you start taking the small steps that slowly bring you back to yourself ✨

I started easing myself back into training.
At first, it felt hard. Honestly, quite demotivating.

But over the past few weeks, it’s started feeling easier again.

My strength is back.
My confidence has skyrocketed again.
And with that came the motivation to fuel myself properly again too.
Balanced, nourishing meals that give back to me in energy, clarity, and productivity.

I’ve started saying yes to more things that scare me.
I’ve stopped being so afraid of change… because sometimes change isn’t a bad thing.

All these little pieces of the puzzle have slowly but surely helped me return to myself again 🤍

I feel strong. Confident. Energised. Powerful 🫶🏼

Sometimes you just need a reset for things to start shifting.

And honestly…
My own season of rebuilding inspired me to create something for women who may be feeling the exact same way right now.
Starting June 1st, I’m running a 6-week challenge ✨
Think weekly workouts, challenges/prompts, mindset shifts and a biggg identity shift💅🏼 so you can start feeling like you again.

Training to be the best version of me mentally & physically 🧠🏋🏻‍♀️

That kind of purpose isn’t seasonal.

It’s not something I switch on when summer is around the corner or switch off when life gets busy.

It’s a commitment to who I’m becoming, not just how I look at a certain time of year🙏🏻

Training for me is about discipline, energy, mindset, and identity.

It’s about building a version of myself that I can rely on in EVERY season of life… not just one.

So no, I’m not training for a summer body.

I’m training for a strong body, a clear mind, and a life I feel proud of year-round.👏🏼

That shift changes everything!!🫶🏼
