I wanna talk about the impact that stress, disconnection & quite honestly… self-neglect can have on you physically and mentally.
The top picture was from this time last year.
I was so disconnected from myself.
I was running myself into the ground trying to make everything work.
Work, business, life… constantly pouring into everything except me.
My habits started to slip.
One skipped workout turned into plenty more.
My routine disappeared.
My energy dropped.
And before I knew it, I just didn’t feel like me anymore.
Recently, I found myself entering a very similar season again… but this time, I caught it before it spiralled.
And after just a few weeks of actually focusing on myself again, I genuinely feel SO much better.
So this is your reminder, if you’re feeling like that right now:
Things can shift.
You can feel different again.
But all change starts with a choice.
A choice to move differently.
Because most people keep waiting for the “perfect time.”
“I’ll start when life feels less stressful.”
(I literally tried telling myself this a few weeks ago.)
“I’ll start when I’m less busy.”
“I’ll start next month.”
But that’s where most people stay stuck.
The truth is — life will always be lifing.
We’re all busy.
Your circumstances will almost never feel perfect.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t start taking small steps that completely change how you feel.
It took me less than 4 weeks for:
* my clothes to start fitting better again
* my strength to bounce back
* my energy to increase
* my confidence to skyrocket again
* my motivation & consistency to return
And none of that would’ve happened if I kept waiting.
