If we can support and encourage one another to keep going for the duration of a fitness class, perhaps this positive energy can flow over into all areas of our lives. My aim is for all of GET FIT AS FUNK participants to actually ENJOY physical activity and not just ENDURE it or use it as a punishment for overeating or inactivity.
