We received this from Tim Brooks I am sure quite a few members will know Mike.

Hi, thought this was the best way to let the club know that Mike Brooks, one of the clubs founding members, and designer of the club burgee, passed away peacefully this morning at home after a short illness.

Over his 60 years at Stoke Bardolf, Newark and Hoveringham, Dad successfully raced Graduates, Merlin Rockets, Fireballs, 505's, Lasers, and laterly RS400s. Picture is at Stoke in the early 70s me and my dad.
