With temperatures hitting mid 30's today, we've taken the decision to cancel training tonight

Phoenix had a special guest visit tonight. Coach Rhys and his partner Ellie brought future hall famer, Nora Olivia Hughes, into the gym for a visit. It was great to see them all and she was a firm favourite with the boxers!

Don't be a stranger and bring her down whenever you like. Give it a few months and we'll start working on Nora's jab.
