Because you absolutely CAN.
No matter how close, or how far away you may be from your goal. You CAN get there.
I remember having that picture taken on the left and feeling so unhappy.
But alongside that, lost, confused and overwhelmed by how I would even get to where I wanted to be.
So if this is you, that’s ok. We are all beginners. We all start somewhere. Instead of going from 0-100. Start with 0-10. Then 10-20.
Build those healthy habits. Get in those workouts. Do the meal prep. Build a good bedtime routine. Get in those steps. Work hard. Rest well.
Make those small changes that add up to building yourself a healthy lasting lifestyle.
There is 3 years between these photos.
That’s 1,095 days.
1,095 days of committing to myself. My goals. My lifestyle. And the PROCESS.
This was not a weight watchers diet. This was not a slimming world diet. This was an insta bought b***y guide. And this wasn’t a 4 week shred program.
This was hard work. Dedication and patience.
So if you’re feeling a little lost, a little low on motivation, and overwhelmed with how you’re going to get to where you want to be. Take a breath.
You CAN get to where you want to be.
Respect yourself enough to put in the work. Enjoy the process. Build the habits. And watch the magic happen 🤍

The festive season ❄️☃️🎅🏻🎄🤶🏻🎁
Feeling anxious about the approaching festive season?
With the Christmas season incoming it is common to feel a bit nervous and unsure on how to navigate it.
But I can assure you right now, it IS possible to enjoy the festive season without losing your progress.
From personal experience, here are some tips that helped me feel at ease, in control and comfortable.
🚶🏼♀️ ROUTINE - continue your routine as normal. There is no need to throw it out the window just because you can’t be perfect.
🏋🏻♀️ WORKOUTS - complete your workouts if you want to because you ENJOY it and it makes you feel good. Get your steps in. Get outside. Stay active. Use the extra cals to fuel bad bitch workouts 🍑
🥰 ENJOY - enjoy this time with family and friends. Go out for meals and make memories. Don’t feel like you need to order the salad. Let’s remember, no food is off limits. Order what you WANT. Finish when you’re full. Be present.
😴 RECOVERY - use this time to rest, relax and recover. If you want to workout great - if you want to sit in your pjs on the sofa for the majority of the day, also great. Let your mind and body relax over the festive period.
⚖️ BALANCE - eat the chocolates, do the walks, drinks the wines, do the workouts. You can enjoy balance this Christmas and not feel like you’re missing out.
And finally, if non of the above goes to plan, if you overeat, don’t make the workout and have a low step day, DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP.
You do not need to punish yourself. You do not need to do extra cardio. You do not need to slash calories the next day. Just get back to routine and go again 😎
So here’s to a crackin’ December full of winter walks, mulled wine, mince pie fueled workouts and family time ❤️

A FULL DAY OF EATING WITH ME 🤍🥯🍇🥚🍫🧀🍝🍪🥧🍞🌽
Aka - spot the nelly 🐶
Whilst the calories I eat are made for me and my goals. I hope this shows you that;
- No food is out of bounds ❌
- Carbs are not bad. Carbs are in fact great 🥯
- Yes I eat chocolate every single day 🍫
- Balance is key ⚖️
- Food is to be enjoyed 🤩
Food posts have a bad rep.
But for me..Seeing someone else’s food choices and food volume many years ago helped me realise..FOOD IS FUEL. And you CAN eat with enjoyment.
So depending on your goal;
Track your calories/macros 📊
Keep your protein intake high 🍗
Move ya body 🚶🏼♀️
Drink your water 💧
Get outside 🌅
Lift heavy 🏋🏻♀️
Be badass 😈
And yes I did eat off a Christmas plate and Christmas bowl in October, and yes my lack of vegetables today isn’t great but hey. I hope this shows I’m far from perfect ✌🏻❤️

I have been trying to find the words for a while but nothing seems to do justice how excited I am for this.
I could make this all about my journey of how I got here, but nothing compares to how excited I am to finally have the opportunity to help others.
To help others feel good about themselves.
To help others fall in love with bettering their physical and mental health.
To help others avoid mistakes I, and many others have previously made when it comes to diet and nutrition.
To help others feel comfortable in a gym environment.
And to help others find a passion for training and exercise like I have.
I feel at home already.
I feel lucky to have this opportunity.
And I feel so ready for this next adventure.
So come say hiii down at ☺️

Because remember..we all start somewhere 💗
I used to be embarrassed of the picture on the left. But actually. I look back now and can only be proud of that girl for giving it everything.
My first half marathon. The hardest thing I had ever put myself through at that weight. I struggled so bad. I ran some. I walked some. I remember I kept looking around thinking people were laughing at me. Genuinely crippled with anxiety over what people were thinking of me. But I did it. And I remember thinking - I will do another but next time. I will not struggle half as much as I did today.
I put in the work. Hard work. Time. Consistency. Because sadly, I wasn’t blessed with the “fitness genes”.
Year on year I improved my time which brings us to the picture on the right of my PB of under two hours that I always dreamed of getting 🥺
Fitness doesn’t always have to be about lifting your heaviest weight.
Fitness is doing what makes you feel good. What gives you satisfaction. What gives you confidence. What makes you feel fulfilled. And what makes you happy.
I’m so excited to keep stepping out my comfort zone day in day out. It’s what helps me grow. It’s what helps keep me focused. And it’s what helps keep me excited for what’s to come.
So if you’re wanting to start something new, whether that be the gym, running or a new sport altogether..Please go for it. I can promise you it will be the best thing you could ever do 🤍
Ps - I reckon it’s time to bring out the running shoes all over again 🤪

Nobody on this earth is YOU 🌍
Stop picking out your flaws
That person you keep looking at..
They may be able to pose better
They may be skinner
They may have curves in all the ‘right’ places
They could have perfect hair
They could have nice big b***s
Maybe even a nice peachy bum
BUT..
That person you are idolising will NEVER be you..
They will never have your body
Never have your experiences
Never have your imagination and thoughts
Never have your crazy ideas
And never have your strength from overcoming every single one of your darkest days so far.
The probability of YOU being born is about 1 in 400 TRILLION..take that in for a hot sec.
.Now that is what I call a fckin miracle 🤪
You are the only YOU.
Love yourself. Embrace your flaws. Be proud of yourself because you are unique ❤️

Let’s talk steps 🚶🏼♀️
A lot of people, when they go into a diet phase or want to lose body fat, their immediate reaction is to drop calories to an all time low and ramp up the cardio and neglect the basics..trust me, IVE BEEN THERE!!!!
Yes a calorie deficit is KEY 🔑
Yes cardio is a good addition ⬆️
But ever thought of upping your NEAT? (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) and giving your body a rest from unnecessary stress?
• Get outside
• Take in the fresh air
• Blow the cobwebs away
• Wack on a podcast
• Hit a daily step count along with a calorie deficit and watch the magic happen ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

✨ Sometimes in moments of madness all you need is a long sweaty run in the dark ✨
Right now, life is difficult.
Life is different.
And life is hella restrictive on what we can go out an enjoy!
We can sit here and moan (trust me I do everyday🤣) or go out and move the body and release those endorphins!
Life isn’t always about waiting for the storm to pass..it’s about learning to dance in the rain ☺️
