Hello all,

My apologises for this coming out late, with the ice schedual having very minimum ice skate it’s not easy confirming the ice time.

Our next Power Skills Camp will be taking place on Thursday 7th August, it’ll start about late morning (so no early get ups).

We will be changing the drills and techniques up abit and we will be importing more relevant drills to your discipline.

Hockey:
You may bring your sticks if you like (not mandatory) and we will import some drills that you can use your sticks, however that will be the last half hour of the ice session you’ll need them.

Figure:
We will be making some of drills slightly more challenging for you and maybe a sequence or two, if you don’t feel comfy with the more challenging drills then we will make sure there is something for you so don’t worry.

We hope to see as many as you there as possible!

Also we will be on the Arena ice pad for this session.

Our next camp will be Friday 27th of December ( day after Boxing Day) 8.00-12.30

As it’s Christmas, and as a treat for everyone doing so well this year and for most of you attending so many camps and sessions, I will be organising a Scrimmage session for the hockey, the Figure I will put together a routine and for the speed they (pending on numbers) a few races, all for the last half hour of the ice session.
So you can bring your sticks if you like.

I do hope as many of you as possible can make it as it should be a nice Christmas camp!

Yesterday my new skating school Power Skills Performance hosted our first Power Skills Camp, where we did a off ice session and a on ice session.

It was heartwarming to see a good turn out and see that athletes from multiple disciplines helping and socialising together!

Seeing how it all turned out was defiantly worth it and I hope that power Skills Performance progress and expand 😀
