Join us for our NEW Strength and Balance classes, launching at a Gedling Leisure Centre near you!
Carlton Forum: LAUNCHED
Redhill: 25th June
Calverton: 26th June
Aimed at those prone to or at risk of falls and frailty, these OTAGO programmed classes are built to help build up strength in the joints and muscles through light movement. Live better for longer by practicing functional movements in a welcoming and supportive setting, followed by a social tea and coffee session to get to know your peers.
These classes are booked on a self-referral basis. You can do this HERE: https://secure.refer-all.net/referrals/Gedling/Refer
