Our 2nd team lost narrowly, in a nail biter against Gotham, with 1 ball to spare.
Our only win of the weekend coming from the Sunday XI with a convincing victory over Basford Mill.

The 2nd team managed to secure a win at home against Ruddington, in what was a great game of cricket.
They managed to hold their nerve with the ball, despite some big hitting from the Ruddington middle order.

The 1st XI have progressed to the Semi-finals of the Popkess Cup, due to our opposition unable to raise a side on Sunday.

The 2nd XI host Ruddington Cricket Club at The Poplars on Saturday looking to bounce back from a disappointing defeat last weekend.

The 1st XI travel to West Bridgfordians Cricket Club on Sunday in the 2nd round of the Popkess Cup

The 1st XI fought back from 38/4 to comfortably chase down 205 to secure their 4th league victory in a row against table toppers Ruddington

The 2nd XI were going well at 113/3 and were looking to set a tough target for Claypole but a cluster of wickets restricted them to only 130 which Claypole were able to chase down with overs to spare.

Finally the Sunday XI looked in a good position to chase down 229 to win but Notts and Arnold took regular wickets to close out the victory.

The 2nd XI make the long journey out to Claypole Cricket Club looking to build on last weeks win.
