Jen has been instrumental in the success of the Sport and Wellbeing Academy and has played a leading role in developing and delivering our Exercise Referral Programme. Her passion, dedication, and commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our community have made a lasting impact on so many participants, students, and colleagues alike.

Not only has Jen been an exceptional practitioner, but she has also been a wonderful person to work alongside—bringing kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support to the whole team every single day.

Outside of work, Jen somehow still finds the energy to compete in ultra marathons—putting the rest of us to shame and proving that her dedication to health and fitness goes far beyond the workplace!

Her leadership, knowledge, and positive energy will be greatly missed, and the Academy would not be where it is today without her contribution.
