Congratulations to Pippa who has been selected to represent Great Britain as part of the junior DTB Pokal team, in March in Stuttgart. This will be her first GB international 👏

For the senior team Grace has been selected to represent Great Britain at the same event, Tilly is also a named reserve and will be working just as hard to be prepared to step in if needed.

Massive well done to all 3 girls .16 and their coaches Jemma & Fred and the whole support team at RHGC!

Last Sunday Aida, Alisiia, Amieliia and Lily were invited to go to Lilleshall National Sports Centre to attend an Artistry Masterclass from the hand of Anne Jung (Ballet dancer and choreographer of Germany Rhythmic National team that was gold at the Paris Olympics)

They had loads of fun, it was a great experience for our Rhythmic girls 🤩

For all other levels the event is now FULL! The programme will be sent in due course and spectator tickets will be available on the day.

Grace & Tilly have had a great few days at GB squad 🇬🇧 they have worked hard on building their routines for upcoming competitions and got to meet the new national coach Martine.

We have VERY LIMITED spaces left for our first comp of 2025, if you do still wish to enter please email Jemma to see if we can accommodate you!

It's the start of a new year, let's get prepared for training and the year ahead 💪

Please ensure you have all you need for training and competitions -

1. Competition leotard & tracksuit
2. Handguards / Gloves & Loops
3. Chalk box & spray bottle
4. Floor music on a USB
5. Water bottle
6. Any personal items, training aids or rehab aids

Check your competition dates, be prepared and arrive to training 10 minutes before.
