Where credit is due 👏🏽
I've been working with Sally over the last 8 weeks. I have given her the tools to see a change, physically and mentally.
Sally has put her all into the process and the results show for it!
The main thing we focused on is nutrition.
Understanding how to create a balance throughout the week, aware of food sources & protein intake, how to keep in a calorie deficit and being open minded to new meals & foods.
It's amazing to see what you can achieve when you go all in and put your mind into it 🙌🏽

Keep swiping for a few tips you can add in this week to get you there 👉🏽
🤍 Increasing output. Make it simple. An extra 1,000 steps a day can be 7,000 across the week. That's another 1 hour + of movement.
🤍 Increase hydration... drinking water won't exactly make you lose weight. HOWEVER the by product is your body needs it AND I can guarantee you will feel fuller having more with your meals.
🤍 Focus on WHAT you are eating and what can you add in? For example, upping protein intake. Creating more filling meals and fueling the body with good stuff.
