Where only a few days into our consistency challenge… Heroes vs Villains quest for the Golden Dumbbell. And well the Villains have taken an early lead… but is this simply a hero arch? Will the Heroes inevitably make a dramatic comeback back? Not if they don’t turn up and workout they won’t!
It’s currently a 20 a side team vs team consistency battle. Every workout you do scores a point for your team!

f you want to become fitter, healthier and stronger then don’t believe the lies. The lies that industry tells us to make money, the lies some family and friends tell us when they’ve never even done it themselves and the lies we feed ourselves for a magnitude of reasons. Poor self esteem, self sabotage, poor understanding,… Stop, with the negativity, stop with poor choices, stop taking the “easy route”. You need to learn when to say “enough”.
The truth is, it’s pretty simple do some daily actions that you know are good for you. Get good sleep, brush your teeth, eat nutritious foods, exercise daily, learn to say ‘enough’

“What if I’m not very good”, “some people are fitter/stronger than me”, “what if I’m not the best”
This believe it or not this can simply be one of two things… poor self esteem or self sabotage…
But when you focus on simply turning up and being in the room that’s when the magic truly happens. Not worrying about what others are doing, just being in the room and applying YOUR best EFFORT from the position and level you’re currently at, will always bring great results.
