FREESTYLE FRIDAY DONE & DUSTED! π
What a way to finish the week! π₯πͺ
Whether you powered through with lighter weights and high energy or slowed it down and challenged yourself with heavier weights, you got it done! π
And if you are playing on catch up I know youβll be just as fierce as this bunch β€οΈβπ₯
And letβs not forget that Nutbush plank or squat finisherβ¦ π

π₯ Upper Body Crew, you were on fire today! π₯
Light week doesnβt mean easy weekβ¦ it means more reps, more endurance, and definitely more burn! πͺ
We worked through spicy variations of bicep curls, front raises, tricep extensions, and plenty of other shoulder-shaking, arm-burning goodness. The goal wasnβt lifting heavyβ¦it was staying strong, staying focused, and pushing through when those muscles started talking back. π
This fab team took the challenge and kept moving through the burn. This is where endurance is built! π
We have a message for all those catching up later with the recording β¦ OOPS UPSIDE YOUR HEAD π

Every session weβve done this week has been by request!! I love that!! It means Iβm giving you what you want whilst still working us through some tough little workouts π
Tonight was no differentβ¦an oldie Kettlercise routine that gets the heart rate soaring β¦ fast feet & all the tried & tested moves β€οΈβπ₯
A proper good old fashioned workout ποΈββοΈ
Then slowing things down so we could focus on fabulous movement and our core in purestretch π

Who knew a yoga block and a resistance band could cause so much trouble? ππͺ
Massive well done to everyone who joined todayβs Lower Body Strength session! π
Weβre on a lighter week, so we focused on quality movement, control, and adding a different challenge with some sneaky yoga block and resistance band work. Safe to say those simple props definitely made their presence known! π₯π¦΅π
Thank you all for showing up, working hard, and embracing something a little different. Now go and enjoy the rest of your dayβ¦ and donβt be surprised if stairs feel slightly personal today/tomorrow! π

This little bunch decided they would like a positive start to their day and also set the tone for the week with a visit to the ZoomRoom and a purestretch flow β¨
Familiar sequences mean we can really concentrate on getting the best of every single movement and allow the mind to focus on just this and nothing else β¨
Requested flows and sequences are ALWAYS welcomed β¦ in fact I actively encourage it! Thanks for the 2 requests that shaped this morning π

What a fantastic evening in the ZoomRoom! πͺβ¨
30 minutes of Kettlercise done and dusted β hearts pumping, muscles working, and arms, legs & core left wondering what just happened! π₯ποΈ
Then we slowed things down with 30 minutes of PureStretch, focusing on strength, mobility, flexibility and giving those hardworking bodies some well-deserved TLC. π§ββοΈπ
A huge well done to everyone who joined tonight β whether you smashed both classes or chose the workout that suited you best. Showing up in some way, shape or form is always a win! π
Now go and enjoy that post-workout glow, hydrate, and give yourselves a pat on the back. Same time next week? πππ§‘

The team were an absolute powerhouse this morning! πͺπ₯
Split squats with a leg lift, pulsing sumos, pulsing RDLs, walking bridges & so much more β¦ and not a single complaint (well, thatβs what the mute button is for π).
As always β¦ thank you all for bringing such great energy to lower body strength. The focus and effort were brilliant, and itβs great to see everyone pushing hard and getting stronger ποΈββοΈ
