Although this transformation is obvious to the eye, for me it’s what it’s done mentally for this client!
Now loves to workout, she enjoys it, before it was a chore and she didn’t completely understand what worked best for her. She eats a balanced diet and still enjoys herself at festivals etc with friends.
Weight down ⬇️ and health up ⬆️ 🙌🏾

My favourite salad atm! 😍 🥗
You will need -
Sweetcorn
Peppers
Tomatoes
Black beans
Red onion
Avocado
Cucumber
Lime
Salt
Drizzle of olive oil
Coriander
Any protein source you like - I’ve got mine with prawns 😋
Mix it all together and enjoy!!
This meal is full of healthy fats, protein, micronutrients and fibre 👌🏽

- avocado
