33 weeks of working with Rebecca! ๐Ÿคฏ I am beyond proud of her!!
Hereโ€™s how we started ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป
Training 3 days a week (2days on her own and 1 with myself) following a program, goals and habit building while building confidence to use the equipment in the gym. She wanted to create a more sustainable way of weight loss and keep it off for good!

Now sheโ€™s training 4 days a week comfortably on her own while following a program and targets.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป lost 6kg
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป 16cm off her waist
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Dropped a dress size
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป 7% body fat dropped
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป strength and fitness improved
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Eats out and still drinks alcohol
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป built the confidence in herself in and out of the gym!
Thereโ€™s so much more to say!!!

Itโ€™s still only the beginning ๐Ÿฅณ weโ€™ve worked around holidays, Christmas, Easter, life events and so much more and sheโ€™s smashed it!!

One whole year on this journey!!

What a journey itโ€™s been!
A few old injuries reappeared but she kept going and worked through them ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Scale victories arenโ€™t always something to monitor as she weighs the same ๐Ÿคฏ
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Lost 10cm from her waist
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป lost a total of 40cm around her body
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Food knowledge improved without tracking
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Lives flexibly and guilt free during social occasions and holidays!
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Confident in the gym and using the equipment
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Running C25K comfortably
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Weights and mobility improved and stronger!

Watching the scales isnโ€™t always the answer but working through the times when you feel it isnโ€™t working is the time to continue!

As weโ€™re approaching the weekend and the food shop will be underwayโ€ฆ

Hereโ€™s 5 tips for a successful shop ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฅ—

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Always have a plan B option for if they run out of stock or donโ€™t have what you are looking for, this can help prevent panic buying or giving up.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Avoid shopping when youโ€™re hungry as you can either end up buying food you donโ€™t need or having that cheeky snack in the car that you forget to track ๐Ÿคซ๐Ÿ‘€
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Drink water before hand or even take it with you on your way round
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Swap out any trigger foods you have to a healthier alternative.

Shopping doesnโ€™t have to be overwhelming or complicated but it can also save you money and stop wastage in the long run too!!

1 YEAR JOURNEY FOR KAYLEIGH ๐Ÿ”ฅ

52 weeks of working together, investing in herself, consistently showing up for herself, communicating with me when either itโ€™s been challenging or easy and the results have spoke volumes!!

Lifestyle changes arenโ€™t going to be an over night success and may try and test you but I can promise it will be the best thing you do!

Calories donโ€™t need to be cut too low, carbs need to be eaten to fuel you, hours in the gym arenโ€™t necessary!

Work smart! Not harder! TRUSTING THE PROCESS!

Aesthetically sheโ€™s has lost 16kg
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป 10cm from her waist
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป 17cm from her hips
But most importantly
๐Ÿฅ— Her relationship with food has improved
โค๏ธ Her self care has improved and listening to her body
๐Ÿง  Mental wellbeing improved
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Strength in the gym has increased dramatically by 20kg on some exercises!!
๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Her overall health has improved along with stronger joints!!

How to boost your mental wellbeing ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Hereโ€™s some easy ways to improve your wellbeing
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Stay active - especially in the cold and dark months it can be difficult to stay active but this is super important for our mental and physical health
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Get help if you need it - Speak to a counsellor or a professional to help take the steps to move forward if you feel like you are stuck and want to make the first steps to improving.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Go for a coffee with a friend - It can help get you out of the house to move more and be present in the moment.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Take up a fitness class - Well itโ€™s fun, challenging and releases endorphins that make you feel amazing!
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Go for a walk - Being present in nature and getting vitamin D is great for supporting the immune system
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Listening to music - Reducing anxiety and blood pressure and improves mood, sleep quality and memory
