33 weeks of working with Rebecca! ๐คฏ I am beyond proud of her!!
Hereโs how we started ๐๐ป
Training 3 days a week (2days on her own and 1 with myself) following a program, goals and habit building while building confidence to use the equipment in the gym. She wanted to create a more sustainable way of weight loss and keep it off for good!
Now sheโs training 4 days a week comfortably on her own while following a program and targets.
๐๐ป lost 6kg
๐๐ป 16cm off her waist
๐๐ป Dropped a dress size
๐๐ป 7% body fat dropped
๐๐ป strength and fitness improved
๐๐ป Eats out and still drinks alcohol
๐๐ป built the confidence in herself in and out of the gym!
Thereโs so much more to say!!!
Itโs still only the beginning ๐ฅณ weโve worked around holidays, Christmas, Easter, life events and so much more and sheโs smashed it!!

One whole year on this journey!!
What a journey itโs been!
A few old injuries reappeared but she kept going and worked through them ๐๐ผ
Scale victories arenโt always something to monitor as she weighs the same ๐คฏ
๐๐ป Lost 10cm from her waist
๐๐ป lost a total of 40cm around her body
๐๐ป Food knowledge improved without tracking
๐๐ป Lives flexibly and guilt free during social occasions and holidays!
๐๐ป Confident in the gym and using the equipment
๐๐ป Running C25K comfortably
๐๐ป Weights and mobility improved and stronger!
Watching the scales isnโt always the answer but working through the times when you feel it isnโt working is the time to continue!

As weโre approaching the weekend and the food shop will be underwayโฆ
Hereโs 5 tips for a successful shop ๐๐ผ๐ฅ
๐๐ป Always have a plan B option for if they run out of stock or donโt have what you are looking for, this can help prevent panic buying or giving up.
๐๐ป Avoid shopping when youโre hungry as you can either end up buying food you donโt need or having that cheeky snack in the car that you forget to track ๐คซ๐
๐๐ป Drink water before hand or even take it with you on your way round
๐๐ป Swap out any trigger foods you have to a healthier alternative.
Shopping doesnโt have to be overwhelming or complicated but it can also save you money and stop wastage in the long run too!!

1 YEAR JOURNEY FOR KAYLEIGH ๐ฅ
52 weeks of working together, investing in herself, consistently showing up for herself, communicating with me when either itโs been challenging or easy and the results have spoke volumes!!
Lifestyle changes arenโt going to be an over night success and may try and test you but I can promise it will be the best thing you do!
Calories donโt need to be cut too low, carbs need to be eaten to fuel you, hours in the gym arenโt necessary!
Work smart! Not harder! TRUSTING THE PROCESS!
Aesthetically sheโs has lost 16kg
๐๐ป 10cm from her waist
๐๐ป 17cm from her hips
But most importantly
๐ฅ Her relationship with food has improved
โค๏ธ Her self care has improved and listening to her body
๐ง Mental wellbeing improved
๐ช๐ผ Strength in the gym has increased dramatically by 20kg on some exercises!!
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ Her overall health has improved along with stronger joints!!
Who doesnโt want look and feel this good!! ๐ฅฐ

Charmain has smashed it!!

Her weight has maintained but body composition, fat reduction and strength has increased and changed!

How to boost your mental wellbeing ๐ค๐ช๐ผ
Hereโs some easy ways to improve your wellbeing
๐๐ป Stay active - especially in the cold and dark months it can be difficult to stay active but this is super important for our mental and physical health
๐๐ป Get help if you need it - Speak to a counsellor or a professional to help take the steps to move forward if you feel like you are stuck and want to make the first steps to improving.
๐๐ป Go for a coffee with a friend - It can help get you out of the house to move more and be present in the moment.
๐๐ป Take up a fitness class - Well itโs fun, challenging and releases endorphins that make you feel amazing!
๐๐ป Go for a walk - Being present in nature and getting vitamin D is great for supporting the immune system
๐๐ป Listening to music - Reducing anxiety and blood pressure and improves mood, sleep quality and memory
