New Timetable And New Classes Coming 2026

Starting in January kickboxing is back and after a lot of requests we are starting a new grappling class where you can learn a mix of catch wrestling, shooto, BJJ, Judo and more for self-defence and fitness.
For the young ones, Little Warriorz is getting an upgrade and a change of name to Junior MMA Thursday’s 5pm-6pm
Also we are adding an extra beginner’s Tai Chi class Mondays 6pm-7pm as well as Thursday’s 6pm-7pm.
We have WarriorFit returning, the toughest workout in Ravenshead so you can be ready for whatever 2026 throws at you.

Little Warriorz
Congratulations to Jess and John passing their junior Black Belt’s today.
They both passed with flying colours, having put in hours, months and years of hard work. They both showed a maturity, determination and discipline beyond their years whilst always bringing a sense of humour, fun and enthusiasm.

As their instructor it has been a privilege to help them to make it to this part in their journey, both in martial arts and life. They have achieved something that most people will not, they have never made excuses or not given their best. They have been an inspiration and an example not just to others in the Little Warriorz class but in everything they do, from Jess’s record smashing deadlifting to John’s helping the ladies at Tai Chi.
