WHERE ARE YOU BASED? We are currently verifying the sessions, but we are hoping to be located in the Pearson Centre in Beeston. A map and information on the centre can be found here: http://www.thepearsoncentre.org.uk/find-us.aspx

WHEN ARE YOUR SESSION TIMES? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? We will calculate this once we've confirmed a venue, and have a better idea of how many people we are likely to attract. The sessions are likely to only be around £2-3 though. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Sports clothing, or anything that you feel comfortable running around in. Footwear with decent grip is recommended, although any trainers/plimsolls will be sufficient. CAN I BRING A FRIEND? Please bring anyone you like, everyone is welcome, it doesn’t matter about your ability or skill level as full coaching is provided. DO THE BALLS HURT? The balls are designed to be non-sting, and are a lot nicer than the rubber balls in the film Dodgeball: an underdog story.They can hurt if you get hit in more sensitive areas such as the nose; however this is an incredibly rare occurrence. CAN UNDER 18s PLAY? If you are 16 or above you are welcome to join us; however if you are under 18 we will need you to get a parent or guardian to fill in a consent form before your firm session. In future, subject to sufficient interest, we are also aiming to set up a youth team (the Nottingham Fox Cubs) for under 16s. :)

I'M A STUDENT AT A LOCAL UNIVERSITY, CAN I COME TRAIN WITH YOU? Of course, the more the merrier! We are very happy for students members of other clubs to come join us in between terms at university. :) For anyone interested, the most local university Dodgeball teams are Balls of Steel (University of Nottingham), Trent Titans and Derby Seahawks. The Cannons aren't training at the moment; however if you are in the Nottingham area and want to give Dodgeball a go there's the Nottingham Dodgeball Club.

Based at the Mellish Sports Centre in Bulwell, they train on Fridays from 7-9pm. At just £2 a session it's far cheaper than the gym, and the club welcomes players of all abilities ages 16 and up.

***DODGEBALL CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*** due to the venue cant find the staff to open up! we are currently looking to find a NEW venue we will let you no when we are starting up again and I apologise for any inconvenience. we hope to see you at a Nottingham Cannons Dodgeball session soon!

***BIG NEWS*** Nottingham Cannons Dodgeball Club no longer play at Chilwell Olympia on a Sunday morning, we have moved to The Pearson Centre in Beeston the session time and day has also changed we now meet on a Friday Evening 7-8... the first session back is Friday 13th of January and unfortunately due to the price of the hall going up we have had to increase the cost of session to £3, you still get your first session free! hope to see you all next Friday!!
