Radcliffe-On-Trent CC Having celebrated our 225th year in 2024, Radcliife-on-Trent Cricket Club counts itself as one of the oldest cricket clubs in Nottinghamshire.

The club run three Saturday teams, a Social team on Sundays, and have a thriving junior cricket membership. The club currently run 3 senior teams on a Saturday.The Saturday first team play in the Notts Premier League, second team in Division C, third team in Division L of the South Nottinghamshire Cricket Leagues. Our under 12s brought the Radcliffe on Trent cricket season to a close in style yesterday by hosting a successful six-a-side tournament at the ground. The weather behaved and everyone had a great time with one of our home teams coming out on top 👏👏 🥇🥇 Well done boys💪

Last week we had our first ever girl's end of season presentation 💜💚, we're so proud of the girls and their coaches and parents 👏🙌 and last night, we had our first ever women's cricket end of season awards!!
We've come a long way in a short time and we're loving every minute of the journey 🔥🔥

Today we bid farewell to Panashe, or 'P' as most of us have come to know him over the past few months. He's ridden the rollercoaster of the season with us and given us some fantastic memories and scintillating cricketing moments.
He's been a fantastic role model for our youngsters and gained the respect of everyone at our club. Go well P on your return to Zim, we'll be following your progress and supporting from afar.

Congratulations to our young Sunday Team who finished the season off for the club in style yesterday, clinching the Sunday League Cup.
Brilliant effort from them all with a special acknowledgement for Captains Rob & Mark who've given a big group of u13s a successful and enjoyable introduction to senior cricket. 👏👏
A special mention too for Josh who has supported the team all season as scorer. What a great job he's done, often on his own.

Last Sunday was our Club Day with the Harby Hundred game as the finale to our day's fundraising efforts for the We're proud to have raised £1000 for the Harby foundation on the day. A lot of fun was had and there was even an outbreak of cricket here and there as the President's XI came out on top.

Many thanks to all our volunteers whose time and effort made this event come together.
