With most of the regulars away on holiday Paul and rich decided to have a bit of a knock up on langdale today in preparation for Sunday's match. Both set their stalls out to try a few different things and learn as much as they can and made for a very close knock up with only 4lb 4oz separating them both with rich bagging a 6lb carp seconds before time.

Pete came today and paid in the winner takes all, very unusual for him 😂😂 (if you know you know) said he had a good feeling and fished a great match catching well all day on meat over h**p at 13m even in this wind we've had today which all the rest of the lads have struggled with all day.

The fish are definitely on the move as most of the last commented they have lost plenty and should have had plenty more 👌.

We're delighted to announce that the café has reopened under new management!

Come down and meet Gina, Kel, and the team, who are bringing fresh ideas and an exciting new menu that's currently being developed.

The Café will now open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 4:00pm, serving hearty breakfasts, delicious sweet treats, and great coffee. With the stunning backdrop of Maunside Lake, it's the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy some fantastic food and drink.
