🚨 New Care Homes Wanted 🚨

I’m looking for new care homes to fill in slots I have available for chair based exercises and activities. Aiming to help the physical and mental stimulation for your residents 💪🏻

Chair exercises consist of;
•Body weight exercises 💪🏻
•Weighted exercises 🏋🏻
•Exercise bands

Coordination Games;
Also everyone’s favourite game at the minute carpet boules! 🎱

🏆You could even join the in home inter boules tournament that I host in different care homes, always a big event and great for socialising with the other homes 🏆
