FIRSTS | PRE-SEASON DELAYED UNTIL NEXT WEEK 🟡⚫️

The wait is almost over.

After a challenging but important first season together in the Central Midlands Alliance League Division One West, Eastwood & Kimberley FC First Team return to work tonight as preparations begin for the 2026/27 campaign.

Last season was all about building foundations, creating an identity and bringing a squad together. The hard work, commitment and determination shown by the players and management team laid the groundwork for what promises to be an exciting next chapter.

Now it's time to go again. 💪⚽

🌱 | It’s off season for our teams but Renovation season for Ant.

A few days ago the goal areas were treated and germination sheets to our worst affected area were placed - this is very much an experiment!

A quick whip around Jacksdale in hopes of gaining support from the community for E&K before a mow of the pitch and reseeding of some of the many patches, just in time for the weeks forecast of rain, rain and more rain! 🤩

Fingers crossed we get some healthy growth over the next month before our teams return for pre season 🤞

🤝 SANCTUARY FITNESS & CONDITIONING COLLABORATION 🤝

Eastwood & Kimberley FC are delighted to announce a collaboration with Sanctuary - Fitness & Conditioning 💛🖤

As a club, we are always looking at ways to improve the experience and development of our players across all levels and these sessions are another positive step forward.

Sanctuary Fitness & Conditioning are a small community fitness gym based in Eastwood. They provide PT led classes which are suitable for all fitness levels and are great fun; with the aim of focusing on long term health and increasing confidence with training, all in a safe environment. Sanctuary Fitness work with both adults and young people, with teen specific classes held throughout the year. Sanctuary also specialise in helping athletes improve performance in their sport.

Across the weekend of the 25th & 26th July, Sanctuary Fitness & Conditioning will be providing our players with:

⚽ A Free Performance session
⚽ Strength & Conditioning advice
⚽ Injury Prevention & Recovery
⚽ Fitness Development
⚽ Performance Support
⚽ Creating a positive environment for players to grow both physically and mentally
⚽ The potential for our players to become members of Sanctuary Fitness

With our Men’s First Team, Ladies, Under 18’s and Charity side all continuing to grow, having the support and expertise from Sanctuary Fitness & Conditioning is something we are extremely excited about, heading into the new season.

We’re looking forward to the weekends sessions, building a strong relationship together and achieving great things on and off the pitch 💪
