DIVISION 1 CONFIRMED ✅

The upcoming season sees us bumped up to the highest Division at Tier 7 level. A huge achievement for us in what will be only our 3rd competitive season.

An absolutely stacked Division with some old friends of past seasons, some new places to visit and we will also see the likes of Mansfield Town Development visit our humble abode, The Dale Club

As ever, all support is appreciated and we will need you both home & away this coming season.

A tough year ahead but one we will give our all in!

Our Italian Football Manager story continues… 🇮🇹⚽

Back in our last update, Matteo ( ) from Polesella, near Venice, had guided Eastwood & Kimberley FC to the CMFA Division 1 East title in his very first season.

Well… things have only got better! 👏

Matteo completed the campaign as undefeated champions 🏆🔥 and has now set his sights on leading E&K out of the Central Midlands Leagues and into the next level of the English football pyramid.

Even better, there’s a familiar name stealing the headlines in his save… 💛🖤

Liam Mann, a regular for our Charity Team in real life, has become one of the standout players in Matteo’s E&K squad (Names are totally random in the game at that level 🤯). Who would’ve thought his name would be helping lead the club to glory on screens hundreds of miles away?

It’s also amazing to think that our home, The Dale Club , is featuring in a Football Manager save being played in Italy. From the Grass of Jacksdale to Polesella, the black and yellow is travelling far and wide! 🌍

We’ll be keeping a close eye on Matteo’s journey as he continues his quest to take E&K all the way up the football pyramid.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗗𝗨𝗚𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦 - 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟭: 𝗗𝗶𝗴, 𝗗𝗶𝗴, 𝗗𝗶𝗴

The ‘Dugout saga’ has been a long talked about issue and there were flickers of will it and won’t it but finally we seem to have found some traction and an absolute dime in the form of Dave Elson.

Dave had already marked out and ‘dug out’ two areas before we even had chance to breathe and this Wednesday night, Ant jumped in to help dig the 3rd area.

We plan to build two dugouts with a central water system to aid the pitch 🤞

This again won’t be a quick project but we have made positive movements. A massive thanks to Dave who has been a godsend already and we can’t wait to keep updating as we move through the processes.

U18s | TRAINING 🟡⚫️

The youngsters continued to put in the hard yards on Wednesday evening with some new faces and incredibly, a young lad who for two weeks now has travelled from Barnsley to be part of E&K! BIG shoutout to Chris and his parents. 🙌🏼 We think some discussions are going to be needed on that one… 😅

We of course still require a few more committed lads aged 16 - 18 to complete the squad ahead of a testing season in Division Two after last seasons heroics!

Big thanks to Shaun and Amy who made our guys feel welcome and pushed our participants every step of the way. Top effort from everyone involved.

💛 ⚽ E&K FC Fun Fitness Weekend! ⚽ 🖤

This weekend we’re bringing some of our teams together for two fantastic Fun Fitness Sessions at Sanctuary - Fitness & Conditioning! 💪🔥

📅 Saturday: Our Under 18s players and some of their parents will take on a fun-packed 1-hour fitness session, building fitness, teamwork, and plenty of laughs along the way.

📅 Sunday: It’s the turn of our Ladies team and management, who’ll be stepping up for their own action-packed session!

Of course, we will be taking lots of 📸 and 🎥 for social media to capture all the action!

A huge thank you to Sanctuary Fitness for hosting us. It’s a great opportunity for players, parents, and our management to get active together, strengthen team spirit, and prepare for the season in the best way possible.

Pelican Colts 2 - 10 Eastwood & Kimberley FC

A productive evening for the First Team as preparations for the new season continued with an impressive 10-2 victory away at Pelican Colts. The first victory under Spicer & Eaton.

Pre-season is all about building fitness, sharpening up and continuing to develop as a group, and today's performance provided plenty of positives for Tom, Ash and the squad to take into the weeks ahead.

Gaffers Thoughts - '' A much needed win and boost for us after the past couple of weeks. Still lots to work on but we are off the mark so we take the win and move on. It was nice to see everyone show a little bit of hunger after the Moorgreen Charity game gave us a kick up the back end.

Thank you to Pelican Colts for the fixture and their hospitality. We wish them all the very best for the upcoming season.
