We’ll be carrying out some works around the building throughout this week, so things might look a little chaotic at times.

Staffed reception hours may also change slightly while we’re getting everything sorted.

Basically, if you come in and think “what the hell are they doing now?”…

So many people have asked me what the building was like before we moved in… 👀

Completely unedited. This is exactly how the building looked before we touched a thing.

Just a vision of what it could become. With people around me telling me not to do it and even people saying are you sure?!

Fast forward to now… and it’s hard to believe it’s even the same place. 🔨💪

Every wall, every detail, every decision started right here.

This was day zero. 👷‍♂️🔨

💥 NEW PIECE IN — BODY MASTERS MD244 OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION 💥

Rare. Old school. And often regarded as the greatest overhead tricep extensions ever made. 🐐

The Body Masters MD244 is one of those pieces you just don’t come across very often — and when one becomes available, you grab it. 👀

It’s earned legendary status for a reason. The setup, the feel, the stretch and the way it loads the triceps are on another level. For many old-school equipment heads, this is THE GOAT of overhead tricep extensions. 🦾🔥

Finding one of these is hard enough. Getting one through our doors is another serious addition to the arsenal.

And this one definitely won’t be sitting around looking pretty… 😮‍💨

With a dual weight stack, pull up bar and ability adjust the foldable bench to help keep fixed into position on certain exercise give you more stability

This is a game changer for what exercises you can do on one piece of kit, whether your training upper body or lower body in your training sessions
