We have relocated from our former premises under Minster Pilates of King street Southwell to our gorgeous new home in unit 7, Southwell Business centre. As Fourth Studio Pilates. Authentic, bespoke classes. Small and large studio equipment classes. Fully qualified and insured to teach Mat work, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Reformer, Pre & Postnatal, with over a decade of full time teaching experience. Honouring Joseph Pilates original contrology method with a dash of contemporary movement. I am a lifelong practitioner and a proud associate of JPilates ltd.
