A varied set of results for our first Saturday back in league action but an even split of wins and losses. All teams also enjoyed the positive of scoring in every game which is a great achievement across the board! 💪🏻

Our U10/12 Girls had a fantastic time at their tournament on Sunday and feedback has been really positive from all involved! 🤩

Thanks to everyone who contributed, in any way, to such a brilliant start of the season!

‼️ LET THE 2026/27 SEASON BEGIN ‼️

Summer and Preseason are officially over and the league starts on Saturday!!! 🤩

We hope you’ve missed your hockey-filled Saturdays as much as we have so as ever, we invite and encourage you to head to any of our upcoming fixtures to support our teams 👏🏻

Our U10/12 Girls will also be playing in a mini tournament on Sunday so there is action throughout the weekend!

This is good news for the entire club as Breakthrough Maths will give all members 50% off Maths tuition from
Primary to A-Level!

Breakthrough Maths will also give 100% of the first month’s fees back to the club so it’s a win-win for both members and the club as a whole! 🤩

Who says matches only happen on weekends?! 🤩

Our Men’s and Ladies’ 1st XIs will be playing friendly fixtures on Tuesday and Thursday respectively this week as part of their preseason, so if you’re around after work or school etc. then do consider lending them your support!

What a brilliantly busy first weekend back! A huge plus as well that the weather held out until we were finished on the astroturf! 🙌🏻

Ladies’ Day was another huge success with senior players of all levels getting involved in a round robin of small sided games and a full pitch match to aid the transition back onto our pitch after the summer 🌞

Our Men’s 1st XI had a last minute change of opposition but all the afternoon fixtures saw a decent turnout of players for each team and there was plenty of action to enjoy within every game! 🤩

The Pitch Clean Up today was well attended by numerous club members throughout the morning and Lady Bay is ready once again for the season ahead! 💪🏻

And just like that we are back into preseason at Boots HC!

We will be kicking things off at Lady Bay this Saturday with our annual Ladies’ Day event in the morning and our Men’s teams will be playing various friendly fixtures in the afternoon so there will be plenty going on throughout the day to get us all back into the hockey spirit! 🤩
