Well I finally came out of hibernation at the weekend (somewhat reluctantly)
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, however you spent it!!
Dancing starts again on Saturday 10th….looking forward to seeing you all there x

Plus, it’s science. Dancing lights up your brain and lifts your mood.

It’s just that sometimes we let life get in the way. But it’s all about priorities, isn’t it?

And I don’t know about you… but dance is a big priority for me.

Well i managed to get them done but havnt been too successful drying them with all the random downpours ☔️

Starting with seniors classes tomorrow evening and a rehearsal and our delayed picnic this Saturday.

It’s our final dance session of the year tomorrow!

It’s Eastwood in bloom this weekend and the girls have been busy decorating old ballet shoes with ‘blooms’.
The added flowers may or may not be to hide the smell of well worn dance shoes 😂
