We offer Aerobics, Toning, Pilates, Circuit training and Hula classes by fully qualified instructors. Since 1978 we have been keeping people of the East Midlands fit, healthy and feeling good about themsleves. We have a team of fully qualified and dedicated instructors delivering fitness classes including; aerobics, body conditioning, circuit training, pilates, hularobics and the new workout Latino Vibe to your local area.
