One of the best decisions I made last year was to join the Nottingham Titans BHC. They were so welcoming from the first session and they are the nicest bunch of people I've ever met. No egos compared to other team which is awesome.

A couple of weeks ago, at the Titans awards night, I won Most Improved player and yesterday, we participated in a tournament and took the win, bringing the trophy back to the rest of the Titans team.

Can't wait to see what's next for the Titans.🫶💪

Hey guys! I need your help! As you know I'm studying for my Nutritionist qualification and I'll be setting it up as a separate business that works alongside my PT business. I need to come up with a good name for it and I've narrowed it down to three options but I need your help choosing one. Below are the options, please comment on which one you like best. Thanks!

Smart and Simple Nutrition
Healthy Habits Nutrition
Simple and Honest Nutrition

Or if you come up with another suggestion that isn't in use by any other business feel free to comment that too.

So a big project this year is to become an MNU nutritionist and I can't believe I'm halfway through the course already. I realised I really enjoyed nutrition I wanted to take it a bit further so decided to train to become a nutritionist to go alongside my personal training services and allow me to work on some big projects I've got in mind this year and next year.
