A dozen indomitable beasts tackled the heat once again today, and survived to enjoy the iced treats at the end (I was saying earlier that this was the most I've ever enjoyed an ice lolly in my life!) 🧊

I was very inspired by Nane's excellent debut class in Beeston yesterday, and just *had* to give Bristolian rockers, Aniimalia's awesome track a spin for myself - what a bop! 🤘

An incredibly fun setlist, lots of smiles and laughter, and everyone finished the class absolutely *buzzing*! 😁

Thank you soooooo much for everyone that has attended, it was a full class in a not very big space AND during a heat wave... I honestly can't express how grateful I'm feeling right now for all the amazing energy you all shared in this class!

I was really nervous and I can say without a doubt that if it wasn't for you all, for the smiles, laughs and all, I don't think I would be able to relax and enjoy the session, so really, thank you everyone, you made this launching really amazing! 🤘🏻🔥

Okay, so before class it transpired that every other person had been in some kind of a mortal kombat situation with some kind of woodland creature, so it was a fun vibe to begin with...
