Hello to anyone that still gets messages from this page.
I was not putting any posts here as I was not taking any Pilates classes at any venues through the Pandemic.

However I do take classes through Zoom now and will do private classes to suit clients.

Hi my fellow Pilatons.
Its been a while since i've posted here however I have not stopped teaching Pilates as I do them via Zoom.
Hope you too have been practicing, you can go on YouTube, Zoom and classes run by other organisations and there are some great videos out there.
I have decided that as the Lockdown eases I am available for private classes in your home. All you need is space for you, maybe friends and me. Get in touch if you are interested

Summer holidays finished.
Back to Pilates classes at W. Bridgford Methodist church hall.
Starting this tuesday 3 September 2019 at 10.30 in the upper hall.

I can give private lessons or if you have a big space at home get you friends together and have a class, message me for prices.

The Arnold class in Ponds Hill centre on
Tuesdays 2pm is no longer running
Message me for other classes.

Next 6 week session starting in
W. Bridgford and Arnold will be Tuesday 26 Feb to 2 April

So good to get back to normal.
Classes cost £39.00 for a 6 week session. New clients can pay £7.50 on the door for up to 3 weeks to see if Pilates suits them.
