We are delighted to be bringing our FUN Gymnastics sessions to a new venue in Nottingham! Bluebell Community Centre (NG3 2GL)

We are running a 6 week taster block starting on Friday 1st June, priced at just £20 for all 6 sessions, for new members to try!

🌟 Exciting Opportunity for Care Homes Across Nottingham! 🌟

We’re delighted to share that from September, we’ll have availability to bring our much-loved Love2Move sessions to new care homes across Nottingham 💙

Currently running successfully at 4 different sites, we’re now looking to expand and give even more residents the chance to enjoy these engaging sessions.

Love2Move is a fun, chair-based exercise programme specially designed for older adults and those living with dementia. Using gentle movement, music, and interactive activities, our sessions help improve mobility, coordination, wellbeing, and most importantly, bring lots of smiles and enjoyment 😊 https://britishgymnasticsfoundation.org/how-we-can-help/lovetomove/
