Top tips to this summer 🦺 Always wear a buoyancy aid or personal flotation device (PFD) when paddling. It will help keep you afloat if you get separated from your craft.

If stand up paddleboarding, a waist-worn personal flotation device may be a suitable option for you.

For more advice on choosing and fitting a buoyancy aid, and how to keep safe, visit our website πŸ‘‰ https://orlo.uk/sI3Gt
