CWC is a free to enter 3km or 5km event.
3km - 1 big loop (lap 1), 1 little loop (lap 2).
5km - 1 big loop (lap 1), 1 little loop (lap 2), 1 big loop (lap 3 (a repeat of lap 1)).

The course is sign posted and marshalled. Just follow the arrows!

I ran round the nature reserve yesterday, the grass has been cut and the park was looking in great condition.

Sadly we have made the decision to CANCEL this weekends edition of the CWC. Thanks to Nigel for providing the below pictures of conditions today. We feel that parts of the course would be unsafe and given there is more rain forecast it hopefully makes sense.

We could miss the grass and go through the car park but we can't change the course to avoid the downhill towards the bollards.
