Prime USA seated row on the way in late spring!

Back day is about to get even better at Strong.

One wasn’t enough, so we’re bringing in a second Cybex Smith machine to replace the existing Precor Icarian.

This is expected for delivery around March time from our friends

The return to the gym this Sunday, to host the first of two qualifiers held at Nottingham Strong in 2026.

Gym open to members 9-6pm on Sunday (PL & WL closed)

Last competition of the year for us here at Nottingham Strong running from the 5th - 7th December.

This one’s the first National Showdown, and we can’t wait to see you all on the platform!

Members please be aware this is a three day competition, which means the powerlifting and weightlifting sections will close at 6pm on THURSDAY 4th December, for set up.

We’ll be keeping the rest of the gym open until 10pm as usual both Thursday 4th and Friday 5th & 8am-6pm over the weekend.

For the first time in 3 years we’ve made some slight changes to membership pricing, as you can imagine costs are going up for everyone and as a business we’ve managed to avoid increasing memberships up to this point.

With that being said, the reinvestment won’t stop. We’re always looking at new kit and other ways to improve the facility for you all.
