Announcement !!

So the time has come for me to pass the ownership of Kinetic to the next generation!
Since having 2 children in a short space of time over the last few years, it hasn’t left me in a position to put the time and energy in to the gym that it deserves, so after 8 years in charge it’s time to say goodbye!

Sophie (@) will be taking over in a few weeks time, but don’t worry, nothing will change much to start with, it’ll still be the same great space and great community it has been since I took over!

I’ll still be staying on working here as a PT so you’ll still see me around!
Thanks to everyone that has shape this amazing journey for me!
