One-off Hoop & Silks class A one-off special class that will have both Aerial Hoops & Aerial Silks available. The session will be semi-structured, with students working at their own level and with the opportunity to try both Hoop and Silks. Number limited. All abilities welcome.

Open Practice Class!

By popular demand, we have introduced an Open Practice Pole Session!

This is your opportunity to practice what you have been taught in class at a discount price. For only £5, you will have free reign of the room and poles for 1.5 hours, every Saturday 10.30am - 12noon. This will be trialled, starting in January, to guage how popular it is, and will be reviewed in April.

Please note that this is NOT a taught session and no instructors will be teaching/spotting. Your online booking form will include a waiver to say that you practice at your own risk.

Choose either Pole or Aerial Hoop and for only £55 you get a 20 min slot in front of the camera AND 5 edited digital images!
